David Khalaj
Hello, my name is David Khalaj.
Back in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s I begin my career in the housing world by rehabbing and building out residential properties in Phoenix Arizona. During this time the real estate market was starting to climb and I saw the amazing potential to become a leader in the industry and decided to make a shift in my career.
After obtaining my real estate license in 1995, I met Antonio Lang from the Phoenix Suns and my focus quickly turned to helping the athletes and coaches within the professional sports world that live here in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Chandler areas. As my client relationships grew and my real estate career began to flourish, my goal was to have my business embody the trust and loyalty that I have for my friends and family, and passionately extend it to every client that I get the honor to work with.
In 2002 I had the opportunity to meet NFL defensive backs coach Ron Milus, who to this day is one of my closest friends. Ron introduced me to Michael Stone of the Arizona Cardinals, and Mike became the first NFL player that I had the opportunity to call my client.
Following the success of working with Mike, along with he and coach Milus’ referrals and kind words, my career began to explode into the world of the National Football League, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, and more. Since then I have been moving at full speed and have had the honor of working with NFL coaches of the year, Superbowl MVPs, NFL MVPs, NFL executives, NBA All Stars, and hundreds of other players and coaches within professional sports.
I have been for working as one of the top real estate agencies for the largest real estate firms in Arizona for the last 20 years and in 2015 I finalized the creation of Pro Sports Realty, where my main focus and passion is to serve professional athletes and coaches throughout Arizona and the United States with trust, loyalty, and friendship as the Realtor to the Pros. But, I have also had the honor of working with celebrities, public figures, and people from all walks of life and the largest part of my success is due to the opportunities that all of my clients have given me and I owe them everything, and for that I will always be grateful.
Thank you so very much,
David Khalaj
